About

The Work Is The Point.

Corporate Hooligan is not a platform for grievance. It is a mechanism for structured scrutiny — applied to institutional conduct, policy outcomes, and the gap between what is declared and what the record shows.

The Mandate

Systemic. Not Personal.

The focus of this work is institutional and systemic. Individual disputes are not the subject. Where a pattern of conduct affects a class of people — where a policy produces outcomes inconsistent with its stated purpose — that is where the analysis begins.

The distinction matters. Personal grievance is not evidence of systemic failure. But systemic failure often presents first as personal grievance. The work is to identify which is which, and to document the former with sufficient rigour that it cannot be dismissed.

Corporate Hooligan will examine any institution — regardless of sector, size, or political alignment — where the record supports scrutiny. The analysis follows the evidence. It does not follow the politics.

The Method

Evidence. Analysis. Record.

01

Source-Based

Findings are grounded in primary sources — regulatory filings, public records, disclosed documents, and verifiable data. Opinion is identified as such. Inference is distinguished from fact.

02

Scope-Defined

Each investigation has a defined scope. The question being examined is stated at the outset. The analysis does not expand beyond what the evidence supports.

03

Institutionally Neutral

No institution is exempt from scrutiny by virtue of its stated purpose or political alignment. The standard applied is consistent: does the record support the claim?

04

Publicly Accountable

The work is published. The methodology is transparent. Where findings are contested, the basis for contestation is examined on its merits.

Scope of Work

What This Work Covers

Regulatory Conduct

How regulatory bodies exercise — or fail to exercise — their mandate. Where enforcement is selective, inconsistent, or absent.

Policy Outcomes

The gap between stated policy intent and measurable outcome. Where the evidence of effect diverges from the evidence of intent.

Procurement and Contracting

Public and institutional procurement decisions. Where process integrity is in question and where the record of decision-making is incomplete or inconsistent.

Institutional Conduct

The behaviour of institutions toward those they are constituted to serve. Where the record of conduct is inconsistent with the institution's stated obligations.

"The record does not require interpretation. It requires examination."
